Cooking Up Your New Cravings

This pizza shop is a long time dream in the making. Troy Kelly found his love of cooking during the pandemic. Starting with creative home meals and eventually leading to Bao (A Traditional Chinese steamed dumpling, which Troy had filled with traditional American foods like Buffalo Chicken, Cheeseburger and even Apple Pie!)

*American Bao is taking a brief sabbatical to allow Yonkers to grow! But keep an eye out!*

When the opportunity to own a pizza shop fell into his lap he knew he had to take the chance! He spent MANY hours discussing the possibilities with his partner Zoe and Mother Kathy (fondly referred to as Momma K). And thus Yonkers was born. 

Yonkers is inspired by the culture and streets of New York. From the classics like Breakfast at Tiffanys to our Present day favorite Superheroes. From Classic Jazz like Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald to rap legends like DMX and the Wu-tang Clan. As well as Major NY Moments in History, Art & Music. 

And of course the BEST pizza ever made!
